The Inventory Defect module is an optional plug-in for the Inventory Module that is used to attach Defect records to inventory items and hydrants (if the Hydrants module is purchased.)

  • Defect Record information includes type of defect, reporting officer, repair actions and receiving officer – generating a detailed train of activity and authorization.
  • Defect records also print detailed work order reports that can be used within your organization, track labor and engine hours, and can mark equipment out of service for repairs.
