You can send any report by email as well as sending regular emails all from within FP2.

The Email Module can be used to send emails to one recipient or a saved group of recipients, or create and use an Email Templates for regularly sent emails. Email templates created here are available in all other modules.

FP2 does not receive mail but allows you to send emails through your existing email account. The sender will show as your regular email account and all replies will be directed to that email address. To maintain a copy of the email in your existing email account, ensure you ‘Bcc’ yourself on the emails.
